Mar. 13, 2018 — Dr. Meng received 2017 Chemistry of Materials Reviewer Award from the prestigious journal – Chemistry of Materials.  According to the letter from the Editor-in-Chief, Professor Jillian M. Buriak, Dr. Meng was part of the top 1% reviewers.

May 23, 2017 — Our group is fully equiped with the capabilites using ALD for inorganic materials (e.g, Pt, Pd, Al2O3, TiO2, ZnO, and HfO2) and MLD for organic materials.  

May 23, 2017 — Our group enabled the research expertise of Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) for ALD and MLD.
